Prepare the Seafood
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, middleneck clams, and calamari. Rinse under cold water and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In a large skillet or saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add Tomatoes and Wine
Stir in the crushed San Marzano tomatoes, dry white wine, Calabrian chili paste, and saffron threads. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Season the Sauce
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook the Seafood
Add the shrimp, clams, and calamari to the sauce. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the clams open.

Finish and Serve
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh chopped parsley. Serve hot, pairing with crusty bread or over pasta if desired.
