Prepare the Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, cream together 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of brown sugar. Beat in 2 eggs and 2 tsp of vanilla extract. In another bowl, mix 3 cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir in 2 cups of chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Bake the Brownies
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a saucepan, melt 1 cup of butter, then stir in 2 cups of sugar. Remove from heat and mix in 4 eggs, one at a time. Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla. Combine 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, and 1/2 tsp of salt in a bowl. Gradually add to the wet mixture, then pour into a greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix 2 cups of cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla, and 2 eggs until smooth. Pour the mixture into mini graham cracker crusts and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Make Macarons
In a bowl, mix 1 3/4 cups of powdered sugar and 1 cup of almond flour. In another bowl, whip 3 egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add 1/4 cup of sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold the dry mixture into the egg whites. Pipe onto a baking sheet and let sit for 30 minutes before baking at 300°F (150°C) for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Dip washed strawberries into the chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place on parchment paper to set.

Assemble Pavlova
Whip 4 egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding 1 cup of sugar. Fold in 1 tsp of vinegar and 1 tsp of cornstarch. Bake at 250°F (120°C) for 1 hour. Let cool, then top with whipped cream and fresh fruits.
