Method

LARGE PARTY TAKE-OUT MENU

  1. 1

    Prepare the Broccolini

Rinse the broccolini under cold water to remove any dirt. Trim the ends of the stems to about 1 inch.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.

  3. 3

    Add Calabrian Chili

Stir in the calabrian chili paste and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  4. 4

    Cook the Broccolini

Add the broccolini to the skillet, tossing it to coat in the garlic and chili mixture. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add White Wine

Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the broccolini is tender but still vibrant green.

  6. 6

    Season and Finish

Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste. Toss everything together and cook for another minute before removing from heat.

  7. 7

    Serve

Transfer the broccolini to a serving dish and serve warm, garnished with extra lemon or chili if desired.
