Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside.

Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Vanilla Absolut Vodka, Mr. Black Espresso, and Simple Syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Empty the ice water from the chilled glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

Add the Foam
Gently spoon the Pumpkin Foam on top of the cocktail.

Finish with Spice
Sprinkle ground spice mix on top of the foam to taste for a finishing touch.
