Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Form the Beef Patties
Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape each into an 8oz patty. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach desired doneness. Top each patty with cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Prepare the Buns
Lightly toast the house potato buns in the skillet until golden.

Assemble the Burger
Spread herb aioli on the bottom bun, place the beef patty with melted cheese, add bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve with Fries
Serve the Shore Room Burger with a side of hot, crispy French fries.
