Prepare the Cocktail Shaker
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Bullet Rye Whiskey, Nixta, egg white, fresh lemon juice, and cinnamon bitters.

Dry Shake
Shake the ingredients vigorously without ice for about 10-15 seconds. This helps to emulsify the egg white and create a frothy texture.

Add Ice and Shake Again
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
