Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Pan-Roast the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

- 4
Deglaze with Marsala Wine
Pour in the Marsala wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits. Allow the wine to reduce by half, about 3-4 minutes.
- 5
Add Chicken Broth and Cream
Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the heavy cream and continue to simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 6
Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat the chicken through.
- 7
Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the chicken before serving.
