Prepare the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine Macchu Pisco, Pomp & Whimsy, peach juice, lime juice, and egg white.

Dry Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Wet Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish
Optionally, garnish with a slice of peach or a twist of lime peel.
