Preparation of Egg Mixture

Mix the Egg Mixture
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Cooking the French Toast

Heat the Pan
Place a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and allow it to warm up for a few minutes.

Dip the Brioche
Take a slice of brioche bread and dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated. Allow any excess mixture to drip off.

Cook the French Toast
Place the coated brioche slice onto the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Repeat the dipping and cooking process for the remaining slices of brioche bread.
