In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, sugar, and salt until well combined and frothy.

Soak the Bread
Place the slices of French bread into the egg mixture, allowing them to soak for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are well coated and absorb some of the mixture.
