Method

Fries

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thick strips to form fries.

  2. 2

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  3. 3

    Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the cut potatoes to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Remove the fries and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Season the Fries

While the fries are still hot, sprinkle them with salt to taste.

Mince Topping

  1. 5

    Cook the Onions and Garlic

In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.

  2. 6

    Brown the Meat

Add the ground beef or lamb to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

  3. 7

    Season the Mixture

Stir in the cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Assembling the Dish

  1. 8

    Layer the Fries

On a large serving platter, layer the crispy fries.

  2. 9

    Add the Mince

Spoon the cooked mince mixture evenly over the fries.

  3. 10

    Top with Goat Cheese

Crumble goat cheese generously over the top of the mince.

Serving

  1. 11

    Serve with Dipping Sauces

Serve the Stadium Fries hot, accompanied by curry and cheese dipping sauces on the side.
