Chill the Ingredients
Ensure that both the Lindeman’s Framboise and the champagne are well chilled before serving. This will enhance the refreshing quality of the mimosa.
- 3
Add Fresh Raspberries
Place a few fresh raspberries at the bottom of each champagne flute. This will add flavor and visual appeal to the drink.
- 4
Pour Lindeman’s Framboise
Carefully pour 1 cup of Lindeman’s Framboise into each flute, filling it about a third of the way.
- 5
Top with Champagne
Slowly top each flute with 2 cups of champagne, pouring gently to avoid excessive fizzing.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Garnish each glass with a few mint leaves for aroma and flavor. Serve immediately and enjoy!
- 7
Optional Ice Addition
If you prefer a cooler beverage, you can add ice to the flutes before pouring the Framboise, but this may dilute the flavor.
