Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your serving glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the cocktail.

In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in 2 oz of Jameson Irish Whiskey and 1 oz of sweet vermouth. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted.
