Beer Selection
Method
Preparation
- 1
Gather Necessary Supplies
Before starting, make sure you have a pint glass for serving, as well as the two types of beer: Tennent’s Lager and Guinness Stout.
- 2
Pour Tennent’s Lager
Begin by pouring the Tennent’s Lager into the pint glass. Fill it until it is half full, approximately 8 ounces.
- 3
Pour Guinness Stout
Using a spoon to help control the flow, slowly pour the Guinness Stout over the back of the spoon into the glass with the Tennent’s Lager. This will create a layered effect and prevent the two beers from mixing immediately.
- 4
Serve and Enjoy
Once the Guinness has been poured, the drink is ready to be served. Enjoy your Half and Half immediately while it’s cold.
