Method

Prepare Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken

Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips, about 1 inch wide.

  2. 2

    Season Flour

In a shallow bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  3. 3

    Prepare Breading Station

In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    Bread Chicken

Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry Chicken Tenders

  1. 5

    Heat Oil

In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

  2. 6

    Fry Chicken

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the breaded chicken strips in batches and fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  3. 7

    Drain Chicken

Remove the chicken tenders from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Make Sauces

  1. 8

    Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then stir in hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

  2. 9

    Pineapple Bourbon BBQ Sauce

Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, bourbon, and soy sauce in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 10 minutes.

  3. 10

    Tikka Masala Curry Sauce

In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, tikka masala paste, tomato puree, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes, then garnish with cilantro.
