Chicken Tenders Preparation

Prepare Chicken
Cut the chicken breast fillets into tenders of desired size.

Coat Chicken
Dip each chicken tender first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.

Fry Chicken
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated chicken tenders, frying in batches for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain Chicken
Use a slotted spoon to remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Slice Potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes into thick strips to form chips.

Soak Chips
Soak the cut chips in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.

Fry Chips
In the same oil used for the chicken, fry the chips in batches for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.
