Chill the Glass
Place your preferred whisky glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes prior to serving to chill it.

Add Ice
Remove the glass from the freezer and add 3 ice cubes into the glass.

Pour the Whisky
Carefully pour 50 ml of Ardbeg Wee Beastie whisky over the ice cubes in the chilled glass.

Garnish the drink with a lemon twist by twisting the peel over the drink to release the oils, then place it in the glass. Finally, sprinkle a pinch of smoked salt on top for an extra kick.
