Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Mixing Glass
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the cocktail.

Combine Ingredients
Pour the Ardbeg Ardcore whisky, sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters, and simple syrup into the mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Remove the ice from your serving glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry on top.
