Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center to expose the meat. Be careful not to cut through the bottom shell.

2

Season the Lobster

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the exposed lobster meat.

3

Steam the Lobster

Place the lobster tails in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam for about 8-10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and tender.

4

Grill the Lobster (Optional)

Preheat a grill to medium heat. Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and place the tails meat-side down on the grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.

5

Serve

Remove the lobster tails from the heat and serve with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy with your choice of side or salad.
