Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and blackened. Remove from heat and let it rest.
- 2
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet used for the chicken, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 4
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked angel hair pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- 5
Serve
Slice the blackened chicken and place it on top of the Alfredo pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
