Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preparing the Ingredients

Start by preheating your grill or skillet to high heat. Season the dry aged ribeye steak generously with salt and black pepper on both sides. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cooking the Steak

Place the seasoned ribeye steak on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time based on your preferred doneness. Once cooked, remove from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preparing the Cippolini Onions

While the steak is resting, heat olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat. Add the cippolini onions and cook until they are caramelized, about 10-12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Cooking the Fingerling Potatoes

In another pot, boil the fingerling potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and then toss with truffle butter until well coated.

  5. 5

    Serving

Slice the ribeye steak against the grain and serve alongside the caramelized cippolini onions and truffle butter fingerling potatoes.
