Prepare the spiced tahini
In a small bowl, mix tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.

Slice the cucumber
Thinly slice the cucumber and set aside.

Prepare the chili
Remove the seeds from the Calabrese chili if you prefer less heat, then finely chop it.

Assemble the piadina
On one half of each piadina, layer the burrata cheese, cucumber slices, fresh mint leaves, and chopped Calabrese chili.

Drizzle with tahini
Drizzle the prepared spiced tahini over the toppings.

Fold and serve
Fold the piadina in half and serve immediately, or toast on a skillet for a few minutes until golden brown.
