Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine brown sugar, maple syrup, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and mustard powder. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Bacon

Place the Canadian bacon in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Make sure the bacon is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  4. 4

    Bake the Bacon

Remove the Canadian bacon from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is caramelized and heated through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm as part of a breakfast platter or on a sandwich.
