Ingredients for PB&J Sandwich
Method
Directions
- 1
Prepare the Sandwich
Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread and jelly on the other. Press the slices together to form the sandwich.
- 2
Prepare the French Fries
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.
- 3
Fry the Potatoes
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the potato strips and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4
Season the Fries
Remove the fries from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
- 5
Serve
Cut the PB&J sandwich in half and serve alongside the hot French fries.
