In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and granulated sugar until pale and creamy.

Gently fold the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract into the egg yolk mixture until smooth.

Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined and smooth.
Assemble the Tiramisu

Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

In a rectangular dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat the layers.
