Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes per side. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Prepare the Batter
