Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle fresh rosemary on top.

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.

  2. 6

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  3. 7

    Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  4. 8

    Drain and Season

Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt immediately while they are still hot.

House Salad

  1. 9

    Prepare the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.

  2. 10

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 11

    Toss the Salad

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is well coated.
