Juice Preparation

Prepare Fresh Orange Juice
Squeeze fresh oranges until you have 2 cups of juice. Strain to remove pulp if desired.

Combine Juices
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice, cranberry juice, and apple juice. Stir well until mixed.

Add Milk
Pour 1 cup of milk into the pitcher with the mixed juices. Stir gently to combine.
Tea Preparation

Brew Tea
Brew a cup of tea using your preferred method (tea bag or loose leaf). Let it steep for 3-5 minutes and then remove the tea bag or strain out the leaves.
