Method

Preparation of Baked Goods

  1. 1

    Prepare the Baked Goods

Arrange bagels, mini muffins, mini Danish, and mini croissants on a large platter. Place butter, cream cheese, and jelly in separate small bowls for serving.

Cooking Breakfast Items

  1. 2

    Scrambled Eggs

Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl, whisk them together with a pinch of salt and pepper. In a non-stick skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and cook while stirring gently until they are softly scrambled, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 3

    Cook Bacon

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place bacon strips on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until crispy, turning halfway through.

  3. 4

    Cook Breakfast Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage links, turning frequently until browned and cooked through, approximately 10-12 minutes.

  4. 5

    Prepare Home Fries

Wash and chop potatoes into small cubes. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.

  5. 6

    Prepare Assorted Fruits

Wash and cut assorted fruits into bite-sized pieces. Arrange neatly in a serving bowl.

  6. 7

    Make Pancakes

In a large bowl, prepare pancake mix according to package instructions. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  7. 8

    Make French Toast

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Dip slices of bread into the mixture, allowing them to soak briefly. Cook in a buttered skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  8. 9

    Serve with Maple Syrup

Place pancakes and French toast on a serving platter and drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
