Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Filet
Season the filet mignon with salt and black pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil or butter. Grill the filet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes before slicing into strips.

Cook the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, heat a small amount of butter or oil over medium-low heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes. Carefully flip the eggs and cook for an additional minute for over-easy eggs.

Cook the Pearl Potatoes
Boil the pearl potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
