Brewing Coffee
1. Boil 4 cups of water in a kettle. If using whole bean coffee, grind the beans to a medium coarseness.

2. Place the ground coffee in a coffee filter or French press. Pour the hot water over the coffee. Let it steep for about 4-5 minutes.

3. If using a French press, press down the plunger. If using a drip coffee maker, allow it to finish brewing.

Brewing Tea
4. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the tea leaves or tea bags to the hot water.

5. Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.

6. Strain the tea leaves or remove the tea bags.

7. Serve the coffee or tea hot, with a choice of whole, skim, almond, or oat milk on the side for adding to taste.
