Method

Coffee Preparation

1

Prepare Cold Brew Coffee

In a large jar or pitcher, combine 1 cup of coarse ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water. Stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated.

2

Steep the Coffee

Cover the jar or pitcher and let the coffee steep at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours, depending on how strong you want the flavor.

3

Strain the Coffee

After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter into a clean container. Discard the coffee grounds and refrigerate the cold brew concentrate.

Cocktail Preparation

4

Mix Cocktail Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of coffee liqueur, 0.5 oz of simple syrup, and 1 oz of the cold brew coffee concentrate you prepared earlier.

5

Add Ice and Shake

Add 1 cup of ice to the shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

6

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Optionally, you can use a fine mesh strainer to ensure a smooth pour.

7

Garnish

Garnish the drink with 3 coffee beans placed on the surface of the cocktail for an elegant touch.
