Prepare the Cocktail

In a mixing glass, combine elderflower liqueur and fresh lemon juice. Stir gently.

Serve with Champagne

Fill a champagne flute halfway with the elderflower mixture and top with chilled champagne. Add ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Prepare the Tomatoes

Dice cherry tomatoes and chop fresh basil.

Assemble Bruschetta

Drizzle olive oil on bruschetta slices, top with diced tomatoes and basil, then drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.

Prepare the Chicken

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Coat chicken breasts in the mixture.

Bake the Chicken

Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Make the Chocolate Ganache

In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Pour over chopped dark chocolate in a bowl and let sit for a couple of minutes. Stir until smooth.
