Prepare the Cheese Curds
Rinse the white cheddar cheese curds under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Bread the Cheese Curds
Dredge each cheese curd in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off, and then coat it with the bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Cheese Curds
Carefully add the breaded cheese curds to the hot oil in batches, frying them until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side). Remove them and let them drain on paper towels.

Serve with Alabama Sauce
Serve the hot cheese curds with Alabama sauce for dipping.
