Chicken Wings
Method
Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl and toss with salt and pepper.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- 3
Prepare the Sauce
While the wings are baking, choose your sauce. For Buffalo, melt butter and mix with hot sauce. For Ghost Pepper Buffalo, combine butter with ghost pepper sauce. For Japanese BBQ, just use the sauce directly. For Hot Honey, mix hot honey with melted butter. For Sweet Chili, simply use sweet chili sauce.
- 4
Toss the Wings
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in your chosen sauce until well coated.
- 5
Serve
Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
