Cooking the Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 liters of salted water to a rolling boil.

Cook Spaghetti
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Drain Pasta
Once cooked, reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti and set aside.
Preparing the Seafood

Heat Olive Oil
In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Cook Mixed Seafood
Add 400g of mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and opaque.
Making the Sauce

Add White Wine
Pour in 100ml of white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until reduced slightly.

Stir in Heavy Cream
Add 250ml of heavy cream to the skillet, stirring well to combine with the seafood and wine.

Season the Sauce
Add 50g of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Mix Pasta with Sauce
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.

Garnish and Serve
Remove the skillet from heat, stir in 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
