Method
Preparation of Cauliflower
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) to ensure it reaches the right temperature for crispy cauliflower.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 3
Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Once the cauliflower is crispy, remove it from the oven. In another large bowl, toss the baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce until well coated.
Preparation of Blue Cheese Dressing
- 6
Mix the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine crumbled blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- 7
Adjust Seasoning
Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or pepper if desired.
Serving
- 8
Plate the Dish
Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot, drizzled with extra buffalo sauce if desired, alongside the blue cheese dressing for dipping.
