    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Pork Belly

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized cubes (about 1 inch).

  3. 3

    Season the Pork

In a large bowl, combine the pork belly cubes with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Bake the Pork Belly

Spread the seasoned pork belly cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, turning occasionally, until the pork is tender and the skin is crispy.

Making the Tangy Dipping Sauce

    Combine the Sauce Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and Sriracha sauce until well combined.

  2. 6

    Garnish the Sauce

Stir in the sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Pork Belly Bites

Once the pork belly bites are cooked, remove them from the oven. Serve hot with the tangy dipping sauce on the side.
