Preparing Pork Belly Bites

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Prepare the Pork Belly
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized cubes (about 1 inch).

In a large bowl, combine the pork belly cubes with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned pork belly cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, turning occasionally, until the pork is tender and the skin is crispy.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and Sriracha sauce until well combined.

Stir in the sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Adjust seasoning to taste.
