Prepare the stuffing
In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes and add green peas, chopped onion, ginger, green chilies, cilantro, cumin seeds, salt, and garam masala. Mix well until combined.

Make the dough
In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Stuff the paratha
Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll out each portion into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the stuffing in the center, fold the edges over, and seal it well. Gently flatten it with your palm.

Cook the paratha
Heat a tava or skillet over medium heat. Roll out the stuffed dough ball into a larger circle. Cook on the tava for 2-3 minutes on each side, applying ghee or oil until golden brown.

Serve
Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
