Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Pour in the Belle de Brillet, Tattersall Sour Cherry Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and Jerry Thomas bitters.

Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish
Add a pinch of ground cinnamon on top and garnish with a lemon twist.
