1. Prepare the Meat Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine minced meat, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2. Shape the Kebabs

Take a portion of the meat mixture and mold it around the skewer, shaping it into a cylindrical kebab. Repeat with the remaining mixture and skewers.

3. Cook the Kebabs

Heat oil in a grill pan or barbecue. Once hot, place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the kebabs are well browned and cooked through.

4. Prepare the Roti

While the kebabs are cooking, prepare roti bread by rolling out dough and cooking on a hot skillet until lightly browned on both sides.

5. Assemble and Serve

Once kebabs are cooked, remove them from the skewers and place them on a roti. Roll the roti around the kebab and serve with mint chutney or yogurt sauce.
