Chill the Glass

Begin by chilling a champagne flute or cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside while preparing the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Le Reviseur Cognac, apricot liqueur, and fresh lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shake

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve

Empty the ice water from the chilled glass. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Top with Prosecco

Carefully top the cocktail with Prosecco, pouring gently to preserve the bubbles.

Garnish

Garnish with a twist of lemon on the rim of the glass.
