Cooking Instructions
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix together the ginger garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Add the boneless chicken pieces to this marinade and coat them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
- 2
Preheat the Tandoor
Preheat the tandoor or grill to a high temperature.
- 3
Prepare for Cooking
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. Brush them lightly with oil for enhanced flavor and to prevent sticking.
- 4
Cook the Kebabs
Place the skewers in the preheated tandoor or grill. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
- 5
Serve
Remove the kebabs from the skewers and serve hot on a bed of rice. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs if desired.
