Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pakoras

In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rice flour, spices, and salt. Add water gradually to form a smooth batter. Dip the cauliflower, eggplant, and potato pieces into the batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Chicken Pakoras

In another bowl, mix shredded cooked chicken with some spices and enough batter to coat. Deep fry in hot oil until crispy and golden.

  3. 3

    Make the Samosas

Stuff the samosa wrappers with a mixture of mashed potatoes, peas, and spices. Seal the edges and deep fry until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Fry the Papadum

Fry the papadum in hot oil for a few seconds until it puffs up and becomes crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Serve

Arrange all items on a platter and serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
