Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cashew Paste

Soak the cashew nuts in warm water for 15-20 minutes. Drain and blend them with a little water to form a smooth paste. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté Aromatics

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.

  3. 3

    Cook Tomatoes and Spices

Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates from the mixture.

  4. 4

Add Cashew Paste and Coconut Milk

Stir in the cashew paste and cook for a couple of minutes. Then add coconut milk and mix well. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.

  5. 5

    Cook the Tuna

Add the tuna fillet to the curry sauce. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the tuna is cooked through. Season with salt.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
