Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the boneless chicken thighs, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In the same pan, add the remaining oil and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown. Add tomato puree and cook for about 5 minutes.

Combine Everything
Add the cooked chicken back to the pan, pour in the coconut milk, and mix well. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with fresh coriander before serving. Enjoy your Chicken Tikka Korma with rice or naan.
