Directions
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to create fries.
Dry the Potatoes
After soaking, drain the water and thoroughly pat the potatoes dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the dried potato strips to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
Drain and Season
Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels. While they're still hot, sprinkle with Yukari seasoning, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Serve
Serve the Yukari fries hot as a delicious side dish or snack.
