Preparing the Gnocchi

Cook the Gnocchi
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Onda Pasta Gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the Alfredo Sauce and Fontina Cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Set aside.

Sauté the Mushrooms
In a skillet, add 1 tablespoon of truffle oil and heat over medium heat. Add the chopped portabella mushrooms and sauté until they are tender and golden brown. Set aside.
Cooking the Shrimp

Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Then, add the shrimp, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet with the shrimp. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and gently toss to coat all the ingredients. Stir in the sautéed mushrooms and drizzle with truffle oil before serving.
