Directions
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Make the Glaze
In a saucepan, combine hoisin sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 3
Glaze the Ribs
Once the glaze is ready, brush a generous amount onto the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- 4
Grill the Ribs
Place the ribs on the grill and cook for approximately 2 hours, turning occasionally and basting with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes, until the ribs are tender and caramelized.
- 5
Serve
Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with any extra glaze on the side.
