Make the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, toss the cubed Ohia Sweet Bread with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and let cool.

Prepare the Caesar Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.

Sear the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

Combine the Salad
In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and the Caesar dressing. Toss well to coat.

Plate the salad mixture, top with the seared shrimp, croutons, and shaved Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
